Sales Manager - Trucks & Buses

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team, specializing in trucks and buses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial vehicle market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets; conduct performance evaluations, training programs, and motivational initiatives to maximize team productivity
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, set sales quotas, analyze market opportunities, and create action plans to expand market share in the commercial vehicle segment
  • Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with major corporate clients, fleet operators, and government agencies; negotiate high-value deals and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Business Development & Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, analyze sales data and market trends, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
  • Operations & Cross-functional Coordination: Oversee sales documentation, inventory planning, and coordination with finance, service, and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experience and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in managerial/supervisory role, preferably in commercial vehicles or automotive industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools; valid driver's license required
