Territory Account Manager - DAVAO
The hiring of a dedicated Sales Person for the Davao (Mindanao) area is necessary to strengthen our market presence and support business growth in Mindanao. The key justifications are as follows:
- Expand Market Coverage: Increase sales coverage and proactively acquire new clients in Davao and neighboring provinces.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Focus on generating new business opportunities while expanding existing client accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Capitalize on Market Opportunities: Davao continues to be one of the country's key economic hubs, presenting significant opportunities for employee benefits and rewards solutions.
Hiring a dedicated Sales Person will enable the company to increase market penetration, improve customer engagement, and contribute to sustainable revenue growth in the Mindanao region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Relationship Development
Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction, platform usage, and emerging needs.
- Growth & Upsell Strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to frame solutions aligned with the client’s strategic objectives.
- Platform Adoption Monitoring
Support change management for benefit deployment where needed.
- Renewals & Retention
Document risks and growth opportunities accurately in Salesforce.
YOU ARE A MATCH IF...
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
Work Experience: 3–5 years in client development, account management, or field sales.
Experience in SaaS or digital benefit platforms is highly desirable.
Must be living in Davao
Skills & Certifications: Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and opportunity management; Salesforce knowledge is preferred.Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple commercial activities simultaneously.
Strong virtual and in-person communication capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
Knowledge of full-cycle sales methodologies is considered an advantage.
