Claims Associate

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a General Insurance Broking or Insurance company in New Zealand.
• Knowledgeable in general insurance claims handling (motor, property)
• Strong communication and coordination skills with brokers, underwriters, and clients
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Pasig City and amenable to Australian business hours Schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and monitor general insurance claims from notification to settlement
• Liaise with brokers, underwriters, and claims assessors to ensure smooth claims processing
• Review, verify, and process claims documentation accurately
• Follow up on claims progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams
• Assist brokers in preparing claims reports, summaries, and other supporting documents
• Maintain records of claims transactions and client communications
