Primarily responsible for checking of accuracy of recording sales including the computation for sales commission as well as checking and monitoring of accuracy and flow of inventory .

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Checks accuracy of sales invoices, credit and debit memos information including payment terms, price, quantity etc.
• Checks if the sales procedures in ERA system are being followed and make necessary adjustment to solve sales related error.
• Provides weekly sales compliance tracking report and make sure its completeness and accuracy.
• Analyzes Sales data and provide monthly status report vs. forecast
• Monitors sales records and related schedules.
• Monitors accounting controls to ensure accurate and timely recording of sales and adjustment records.
• Checks master list setup of inventory and ensuring the selling price is in line with the master list.
• Controls Inventory , sales return, sales credit/ debit memos, inventory write off process.
• Monitors inventory level and ageing and providing explanation when there is a deviation between actual inventory vs. par stock
• Monitors cycle count in warehouse and consigned items in dealerships.
• Analyzes inventory data and provide monthly monitoring report.
• Provides monthly inventory reconciliation report.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications

• At least 4 years of related experience, 1-2 years of which are in supervisory capacity
• Training: Computerized Accounting / Accounting System
• Eligibility: Not Required
• Must be willing to work at Otis, Paco, Manila.
