Production planning staff

• Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and resources.
• Monitor production progress and resolve scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks.
• Analyze capacity, lead times, and manpower to balance workloads effectively.
• Prepare reports on production status, material usage, and delivery timelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production planning and workflow efficiency.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, logistics, quality) to ensure alignment on priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant work experience in production planning/inventory.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficient in MS Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday. (Salary is negotiable)
