Production Control Expert (Planner)

Job Summary

• Performs CIGMA transactions such as Finished Goods Item MA preparation, production plan amendments, order fluctuation checking, assembly delivery date checking and verifying and other EDI structures.
• Prepares daily production schedule and forward to Material planner for parts checking, then issues to Production sections one day before actual production dates.
• Prepares and update kanban board every morning of production date itself based on the issued daily production schedule.
• Checks, updates and coordinates daily received customer order change reports.
• Updates Production Monthly Volume and reports information during Weekly/Monthly Production Adjustment Meeting
• Monitors production section performance and updates daily output capacity on the monthly production volume report

Qualifications:

• BS Industrial Engineering or any Business related course graduate
• Relevant experience will be an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Macros & Programming
• Above average communication skills
• Above average presentation skills
• MS Office proficient
• Knowledge in Programming and Macro
