Job Description: Optimum Water Resources Corporation is currently looking for a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven REGIONAL ADMIN HEAD – VISAYAS to oversee and manage the administrative operations of all branch offices within the Visayas region.

He/She will ensure the consistent implementation of company policies, operational standards, and administrative procedures while providing leadership and support to Branch Admins and administrative personnel to achieve regional business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the administrative operations of all branches within the Visayas region.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Branch Admins and Administrative personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and ethical business practices.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Branch Admins to review operational performance, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate branch performance and develop action plans to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
  • Monitor branch reports, budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization across the region.
  • Prepare and submit consolidated regional operational reports and recommendations to Management.
  • Coordinate and disseminate company directives, HR memoranda, and other official communications to branches within the region.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new operational systems and standards.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Management.

About You:

The ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in administrative or operations management.
  • Strong leadership, people management, coaching, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in managing multiple branches or regional operations is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and administrative systems.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioriaties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel within the Visayas region as required.
