We are in need of:

BUILDING ENGINEER - MECHANICAL

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures the unhampered daily operations of the mall's building systems and equipment.
• Monitors, maintains and manages the potable water supply of the mall; eliminating all leaks and other sources of wastage
• Plans and proposes needed measures to lower mech-elec operating expenses
• Monitors status of mall's building systems and equipment
• Plans and implements an annual preventive maintenance plan for the mall's building systems and equipment
• Conducts regular project inspection and ensures that projects meet target deadlines and executed in an acceptable quality

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineer
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• At least two (2) years experience in building operations, engineering, equipment and systems maintenance.
• Professional in handling customers with utmost respect and courtesy but shall remain stringent with rules and deadlines.
• Possesses efficient multitasking and time management skills.
• Plans and proposes needed measures to lower mech-elec operating expenses
• Constantly works on improving the operational efficiency of the mall's building systems and equipment
