WIND’S GATE PHILS SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT INC. is currently seeking talented software engineers to join our team. We are a company based in the Philippines, particularly in Cebu, offering high-quality software development services. We are now looking for engineers to participate in a project for the Japanese financial securities industry.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Software development for a project in the Japanese financial securities sector
• Implementing domain-driven design (DDD)
• Development using-
• Frontend: Next.js/TypeScript (GraphQL)
• BFF: Nest.js/TypeScript (GraphQL/gRPC)
• Backend: Spring Boot/Kotlin (gRPC)
• PHP Laravel

Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or its equivalent.
• With at least 2 years practical experience with one or more of the mentioned programming languages and frameworks
• Understanding and experience with domain-driven design (DDD) is a plus
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Proficiency in reading and writing Japanese (business level or higher is preferred)
• Japanese language skills are not mandatory but will be highly regarded

Location:

• Cebu Exchange Building, I.T. Park, Lahug, Cebu City

Employment Type:

• Full-time (with a 3 months probationary period)
