Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity to build and manage a complete digital marketing ecosystem for a mission-driven organization that’s disrupting traditional religious outreach through hip-hop culture. You’ll be instrumental in scaling a subscription-based business model from the ground up, managing everything from sales funnels and e-commerce operations to social media marketing and customer relationship management.The role offers significant growth potential with commission-based incentives tied to subscription acquisitions, making it both financially rewarding and spiritually fulfilling. You’ll work directly with a visionary leader who has created a unique blend of biblical scholarship and contemporary music, supporting a movement that challenges conventional educational approaches while building a global community of believers.
Responsibilities- Design and manage comprehensive sales funnels using System.io platform to drive subscription growth and product sales
- Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms to promote books, music, apparel, and subscription services
- Oversee e-commerce operations including website maintenance, product launches, and inventory management across multiple revenue streams
- Implement and optimize email marketing automation sequences to nurture leads from free daily content to paid subscriptions
- Manage customer service operations for digital products, subscriptions, and merchandise sales
- Coordinate marketing efforts for book launches, starting with “Gaza Forsaken” and subsequent releases
- Develop and execute telemarketing and segmented marketing strategies to maximize conversion rates
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI and subscription growth
- Support the scaling of weekly subscription services targeting one million global members
- Proven track record in e-commerce management and digital marketing with demonstrable results
- Advanced proficiency with marketing automation platforms (System.io experience highly preferred)
- Strong expertise in social media marketing, content promotion, and community building
- Experience creating and optimizing sales funnels for subscription-based business models
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and customer segmentation strategies
- Self-motivated professional capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Religious background and genuine understanding of Christian/biblical content strongly preferred
- Appreciation for music marketing and entertainment industry dynamics
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and marketing content creation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with significant growth potential
