TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE

Overview:
We are looking for competent, self-driven, result-oriented, and highly-motivated individuals to join our team. Using technical knowledge and sales skills, the ideal candidate enjoys finding new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients. He/she will be directly responsible for maintaining and expanding the company’s customer base, leveraging best-in-class technical solutions to provide excellent customer service.
- Master and sell innovative products, open sustainable customer accounts.
- Provide comprehensive pre and post-sales support, and conduct product training.
- Build strong client relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and achieve targets.
- Analyze data, resolve issues, and stay updated with industry trends.
- Collaborate across teams and contribute to strategic sales plans.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience, ideally in the lubricants industry or related
- Preferably a graduate of a business, marketing, technical, or engineering-related course
- Valid Code 2 Driver’s License, with at least 2 years of experience driving a car or 4-wheel vehicle
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to travel to assigned locations in the Philippines, preferably closer to their home base
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Articulate, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Analytical with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good time-management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate
