KOL Business Development Specialist

You will also negotiate agreements, coordinate content delivery, and monitor results to ensure effective and ROI-driven influencer marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source relevant KOLs across different industries and communities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs through outreach, engagement, and ongoing communication.
• Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and compensation to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with KOLs to develop and execute content and campaign initiatives aligned with brand goals.
• Manage both high-volume small KOL partnerships and high-impact large KOL collaborations.
• Conduct face-to-face or virtual negotiations with major influencers when required.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as impressions (IMP), CPM, and engagement rates.
• Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies to improve overall performance and ROI.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of campaigns.
• Maintain a strong network of KOL resources to support ongoing and future campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Solid experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or business development is required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage both high-volume outreach and high-value strategic partnerships.
• Strong execution speed and organizational skills in managing multiple campaigns.
• Experience handling performance-based influencer marketing metrics (IMP, CPM, ROI).
• Established KOL network is a strong advantage for senior candidates.
• Results-driven mindset with strong initiative and accountability.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (Quezon City office, at least 2 days per week).
• Preferably with relevant industry experience in influencer marketing or digital campaigns.
