  5. Content Creation: Create and schedule engaging posts, including graphics, articles, and videos, highlighting the firm’s expertise (e.g., tax planning, accounting updates) while adhering to IRS and CPA ethical guidelines.
  6. Online Engagement: Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive online community to build client trust and brand loyalty.
  7. Marketing Support: Assist in creating newsletters, blog posts, or email campaigns to promote firm services, webinars, or seasonal tax reminders, ensuring consistent branding.
  8. Analytics and Reporting: Track social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach) using tools like Hootsuite or Google Analytics, and provide monthly reports to optimize content strategy.
  9. Research and Updates: Stay informed on tax law changes, accounting trends, and social media best practices to ensure content is accurate and relevant.
