Marketing assistant

Job Description

We urgently need a Marketing Assistant to be based in Calamba Laguna, who will support Marketing department in achieving its business objectives and conducting its day-to-day operations. In this role, will perform a variety of administrative and marketing tasks and functions.

• Organize market research, assist the marketing department with administrative tasks, maintains marketing databases
• Assists in creating marketing content, including blog, social media posts, brochures/newsletters and other promotional materials and monitors posting content. This includes studying social media metrics and examine reports, conducts market research & competitive intelligence,
• Helps plan and execute marketing campaigns, events and promotional
• Collaborate with another department as it may deem necessary

• Strong writing & editing skills, verbal communication skills, high level of organizational skills and attention to details
• Convenient with multitasking in a deadline -driven environment with clear understanding of basic business and marketing concepts.
• Proficient time management skills, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing, and ability to spot emerging trends
• Creative (Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Premiere is a plus)

• Bachelor in Science (BS) graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing or related field is preferred
