Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day processing of payables and receivables while ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Record, monitor, and update financial information to maintain complete and accurate accounting records.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and support monthly and annual closing activities.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, ledger balances, and other financial records to ensure data accuracy.
  • Review and process invoices, payment requests, employee reimbursements, and other financial documents.
  • Provide support in budget preparation, financial planning, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure all financial activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, internal controls, and applicable accounting regulations.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure financial documents are properly filed for future reference and audit purposes.
  • Work closely with internal departments and external business partners to address finance and payment-related inquiries.
  • Assist in audit preparations and provide supporting documents for tax filings and compliance requirements.
  • Perform additional accounting, finance, or administrative tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or another related field.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong academic performance may also be considered.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using accounting software or ERP platforms, including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar systems, is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical ability with excellent numerical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to organize work efficiently and maintain accuracy.
  • Able to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams.
  • Demonstrates honesty, professionalism, discretion, and accountability when handling financial information.
Preferred Competencies
  • Background in preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning activities.
  • Familiarity with Philippine tax regulations and statutory compliance requirements is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
