Project Evaluation Officer III - Contract of Service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws
• Relevant work experience of 1 year
• Relevant training of 4 hours
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as lead for the implementation and monitoring of the Common Station Area A-1, and Area A-2 under MRT-3 Rehabilitation Project in relevance to the construction of contracts and technical documents, which includes but not limited to LRMC-DOTr's Concession Agreement and 2017 Unified Grand Central Station Memorandum of Agreement;
• Ensures that all the works implemented is in accordance and under the compliance of the IRR of R.A. No. 9184;
• Monitors project calendar and milestones;
• Monitor and recommend solutions on any issues and activities arising from the contractual obligations of the Common Station Area A-1, and Area A-2 under MRT-3 Rehabilitation Project;
• Coordinate and establish a working relationship with other divisions and external agencies, international development partners, local government units, and private stakeholders regarding any work or concern regarding the Common Station Area A-1, and Area A-2 under MRT-3 Rehabilitation Project;
• Supervises and facilitates the drafting and/or reviewing of all project-related documents which includes but not limited to contracts, variation orders, agreements, opinion, and briefs, prior to the approval of the Undersecretary for Railways, the Assistant Secretary for Railways, and/or the Office of the Undersecretary for Legal Affairs, in relation to the Common Station Area A-1, and Area A-2 under MRT-3 Rehabilitation Project;
• Provides technical assistance to the Deputy Project Manager, for the recommendation to the Undersecretary for Railways and Assistant Secretary for Railways, whenever necessary;
• Lead and attend meeting, or to attend to any matter, whether in or outside Metro Manila or the Philippines, as required by this Department or as may be necessary in the discharge of his duties under this contract; and
• Performs other tasks relative to the position as may be assigned from time to time.

Monthly Salary Range: 49,000 - 55,000
