We're looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team in the Philippines. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring we have the right resources to continue providing high-quality products. You'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and services, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, and contributing to our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and agreements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to anticipate purchasing needs.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders or suppliers.
- Stay informed on market trends and new products to optimize procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the consumer goods or pharmaceutical industry, a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using purchasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
