- Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Arabic and English, related to travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related services.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and packages, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
- Assist customers in making reservations and bookings, double-checking all details for accuracy and completeness.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency; escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain updated knowledge of travel industry trends, airline regulations, visa requirements, and company policies to deliver reliable assistance.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with customers to confirm satisfaction and address post-travel feedback.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal teams to deliver smooth end-to-end travel services.
- Contribute to building strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a BPO Customer Service role is required.
- Prior experience in the Travel Industry Customer Service is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
