Responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer interactions, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Make outbound calls when required (e.g., follow-ups, surveys, sales)
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary
• Document all interactions in the system clearly and accurately
• Meet performance targets such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
