Outbound Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of outbound sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure all team members consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals by providing continuous support, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
- Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and training to improve call quality and sales effectiveness.
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to drive performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-ones, and team meetings to provide feedback and recognition.
- Analyze call metrics, sales conversion rates, and team KPIs to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product, customer service) to align on campaign strategies and customer feedback.
- Handle escalated customer issues and support agents in resolving challenging sales objections.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services, market trends, and competitors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior Sales Representative in an outbound sales environment.
- Must have experience with Solar Energy Campaign.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, call monitoring tools, and sales reporting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of outbound Sales Team Leader experience, preferably in a BPO or contact center environment.
- 1+ year of experience in a team leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience handling B2B or B2C outbound campaigns.
