OFFICE STAFF / ACCOUNTING STAFF

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably Female
• A BS Accountancy graduate or any business course
• Proficient in Computer & Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) with experience in Accounting Softwares
• Good Customer Service and Work Ethics
• Knowledge in the Automotive Industry is an advantage
• Flexible and willing to learn new things
• Has a keen eye for details.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process payments for Suppliers and Employee government benefits remittance.
• Monitor Employee Loans and Advances.
• Monitor Accounts Payable for Suppliers.
• Receive, review, and code vendor invoices to the appropriate GL accounts and cost centers; enter invoices into the accounting system.
• Ensure accurate recording of all payments.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding account status and outstanding items.
• Maintain an organized file system for invoices, receipts, and payment documentation (electronic and physical).
• Respond to supplier inquiries regarding payment status and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
