Are you a data storyteller who can see the "why" behind the numbers? We are looking for a sharp BI Reports Analyst to join our team in BGC. This isn't just about pulling reports—it’s about building the predictive models and automated dashboards that define our global renewal strategy and revenue health.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Master the Dashboard: Develop and automate high-impact dashboards to track renewal rates, churn, upsells, and the entire customer lifecycle.
• Predict & Prevent: Build sophisticated models to predict customer churn and renewal probability, giving our team the "heads up" they need to save accounts.
• Strategize with Leadership: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to provide deep insights into pipeline health and revenue recovery.
• Optimize the Engine: Conduct A/B testing on pricing and engagement strategies, and work with Revenue Ops to refine how we segment our accounts.
• Forecasting Excellence: Create tools that forecast renewals based on real-world triggers like product usage, support history, and payment trends.

• The Experience: Preferably 1–2 years of experience as a Reports or Business Analyst.
• The Technical Toolkit: Strong hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Mode).
• Data Fluency: Pro in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and data modeling.
• Communication: The rare ability to take complex data insights and explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
