Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented BI Analyst to deliver actionable insights that improve marketing performance and eCommerce growth. This role focuses on dashboard management, data accuracy, and translating complex data into clear business recommendations.

• Salary: PHP 60,000 – PHP 80,000 (monthly, depending on experience)

• Manage and optimize analytics dashboards to ensure accurate tracking of key metrics (LTV, CAC, ROAS, AOV, MER)
• Analyze data across eCommerce and marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google)
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve acquisition, retention, and overall performance
• Prepare clear and concise reports for internal stakeholders
• Investigate data discrepancies and ensure consistency across platforms
• Support campaign analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking

• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Triple Whale preferred)
• Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing metrics
• Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data
