Reefer Technician
About the role
We are seeking a talented Reefer Technician to join our team in Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Reefer Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. What you'll be doing- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on refrigeration and air conditioning units
- Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators
- Install new refrigeration and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
- 2-3 years of experience as a Reefer Technician or in a similar role
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Strong technical skills and a good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in refrigeration and air conditioning repair is preferred
