The role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager for Operations to join the team at COPYLANDIA OFFICE SYSTEMS CORPORATION' in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila. As our Assistant Manager for Operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring efficiency, productivity and exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist the Operations Manager in planning, organising and directing the overall operations of the business
  • Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement and oversee efficient processes and procedures to streamline operations
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate workflows and resolve any operational issues
  • Manage and develop a team of skilled operational staff, providing guidance, support and performance feedback
  • Identify and recommend new technologies, tools and strategies to enhance operational capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations and industry standards
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an operations management or assistant manager role, preferably within the OFFICE EQUIPMENT industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement
  • Solid understanding of Management principles and best practices
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on operational metrics
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willing to work from Mondays through Saturdays
