JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assists in planning and executing construction projects.
  • Plans and coordinates construction activities on daily basis.
  • Establishes budget and schedule for a construction project.
  • Monitors and controls expenses within the established budget.
  • Recommends cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity.
  • Analyzes construction problems and develops immediate resolutions.
  • Generates construction progress and expense reports for management.
  • Identifies delays in construction and adjusts schedules to meet deadlines
  • Works with other Managers to develop a project plan, quality assurance plan and health and safety plan.
  • Performs other related tasks from time to time as instructed.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • College level
  • Experience in construction and management
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
