JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assists in planning and executing construction projects.
- Plans and coordinates construction activities on daily basis.
- Establishes budget and schedule for a construction project.
- Monitors and controls expenses within the established budget.
- Recommends cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Analyzes construction problems and develops immediate resolutions.
- Generates construction progress and expense reports for management.
- Identifies delays in construction and adjusts schedules to meet deadlines
- Works with other Managers to develop a project plan, quality assurance plan and health and safety plan.
- Performs other related tasks from time to time as instructed.
- College level
- Experience in construction and management
- Fluent in Chinese and English
