You will play an important role in managing administrative tasks, supporting compliance requirements, and ensuring our operations remain organized and efficient.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • A good understanding of administrative processes and compliance tasks (ASIC experience is a plus).
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and similar digital tools.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive, client-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude.
