About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Century Pacific Food, Inc.' as a Business Development Manager - E-Commerce. As a key member of the business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's e-commerce strategy and expanding its online presence.Based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, this is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's continued growth and success.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to drive revenue growth across online marketplaces, direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms, and other digital sales channels.
- Identify and create profitable promotional programs, pricing strategies, and bundling offers to maximize sales and market share.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize online sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce distributors, retailers, and platform partners.
- Negotiate and manage distributor agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, sales and profit targets.
- Monitor distributor performance, providing guidance to improve efficiency and sales effectiveness.
- Oversee inventory planning, ensuring optimal stock levels for e-commerce channels while minimizing overstock and stockouts.
- Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and digital teams to enhance online visibility, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales performance, and return on investment (ROI).
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in business development, preferably in the e-commerce or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
- Proven track record in identifying, securing, and managing successful e-commerce partnerships and sales
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
