Job Summary
We’re now seeking a driven, strategic, and customer-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to help grow our global footprint and build long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT services, software development, and consulting solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at enterprise-level clients
- Develop account strategies and proposals aligned with client needs and our service offerings
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including qualification, presentations, RFP responses, and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal delivery and marketing teams to ensure successful project handovers and client satisfaction
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities in the IT services space
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in business development or sales within the IT services or technology consulting industry
- Proven track record of closing deals with mid-size to enterprise clients
- Excellent understanding of IT services such as software development, QA, AI/ML, cloud, and digital consulting
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a global team environment
- Work with a global team serving high-profile clients
