The QA and Training Program Coordinator will provide support to the quality assurance processes and the development and execution of training programs. The coordinator will ensure compliance with quality standards, identify training needs, and monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
This role will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance overall staff performance and maintain quality assurance standards.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance and training program management.
- Experience in data analysis to support QA and training activities.
- Knowledge of telecom is preferred.
