Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Service Support Solution includes diagnosis, resolution and reporting of customer issues and questions relating to Online Video Streaming paid content products.
- Service channels may include inbound phone, email, chat, and potentially video conference.
Technical Skills and Qualities Required:
- Written and Verbal Vietnamese language proficiency.
- Experience / ability to translate Vietnamese to English and vice versa.
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of BPO experience handling a Vietnamese Bilingual account or any similar experience
