IT Technical Support

As the IT Support, you will work closely with the Information Technology team to provide comprehensive technical assistance and serve as the primary local point of contact for all IT needs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, user support, computer setup, maintenance and servicing, assistance with network maintenance, and addressing all other critical technology requirements at PMVA.

• Monitor and respond promptly to IT support tickets raised by the operations team.
• Provide comprehensive support for all IT-related tasks within the office.
• Maintain and manage the office’s network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to optimize performance.
• Apply best practices to ensure network security, scalability, and reliability.
• Monitor systems and address incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of all company computers and IT hardware.
• Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to effectively support overall business operations.

• Advanced experience in PC troubleshooting and performing routine IT administrative tasks.
• Ability to clearly communicate and present technical concepts to management, peers, and staff.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving network-related issues.
• Knowledge in Cisco, Ubiquiti Unifi, Nxfilter and Pfsense is an advantage.
• Familiarity with network services such as VLANs, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
