Are you a high-impact operations leader who thrives in fast-paced, real-time environments? We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Business Operations to take charge of our platform’s end-to-end operations and drive performance across multiple critical teams.
This is a mission-critical leadership role where you’ll orchestrate Customer Service, Risk & Fraud, BI Analytics, Product, and IT—ensuring our platform runs seamlessly 24/7 while delivering an exceptional player experience.
What You’ll Own- Operational Leadership: Align cross-functional teams to operate as one unified engine
- Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve efficiency using Lean principles
- KPI & SLA Management: Drive performance, ensure service excellence, and protect revenue
- Tech & Business Bridge: Collaborate with Product and IT to ensure smooth deployments and platform stability
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use real-time analytics to adjust strategies and respond to trends instantly
- Incident Leadership: Take command during critical issues and lead rapid resolution efforts
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams in a 24/7 environment
- 7–10 years in Operations Management (iGaming, Fintech, or high-volume digital platforms required)
- Experience across at least 3 areas: CS, Risk/Fraud, BI, Product, or IT Operations
- Proven ability to lead large, multi-functional teams
- Strong background in KPIs, SLAs, and process improvement
- Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders
Nice to have: ✔ Lean / Six Sigma experience
✔ Tableau / Power BI skills✔ CRM tools (Salesforce, Braze, Optimove)
✔ Experience in crisis or incident management
