Qualifications
Educational Qualification & Working Experience- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of Singapore project experience; or a Diploma in the same field with equivalent Singapore project experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant BIM modeling experience
- Proficient in CP 83
- Strong knowledge of architectural and structural disciplines
- Singapore project experience as a contractor or subcontractor BIM Modeler/BIM Coordinator preferred
- Thorough understanding of the Singapore BIM Guide
- Knowledge of VDC guidelines and BIM coordination methodologies
- Familiarity with Singapore technical guides for architectural works
- Proficient in Revit and Archicad for architectural and structural modeling
- Proficient in Navisworks or equivalent BIM coordination software
- Ability to read technical drawings across multiple disciplines
- Familiarity with Autodesk FORMA and BIMcloud
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Eagerness to learn with effective communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships
- Develop construction models based on the Singapore BIM Guide, client requirements, and project schedules provided by the BIM Lead.
- Report and coordinate clashes and discrepancies during trade construction model development using BIM coordination software to identify multidisciplinary clashes in compiled models.
- Produce architectural and structural shop drawings, including G.A., TSO, WSO, and CBP drawings, and secure approvals at least one month ahead of each construction phase.
- Prepare Facility Management (FM) models by incorporating FM data according to client requirements, specified formats, and project schedules.
- Prepare accurate as-built models in accordance with employer requirements.
