Cast LMS (Buri Technologies, Inc.) is an e-learning development startup that focuses on helping companies transition into e-learning using our content creation service and proprietary learning management system.

Our team is one of the few development houses in the country that have won educational technology awards abroad. We are looking for individuals who seek challenges and aspire to change the Philippine e-learning landscape by helping organizations build their training materials for the future and build software products that can help educators all over the country.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer who will be responsible for building operational relationships with clients, as well as providing valuable input in the improvement of the company’s core product, Cast LMS.

This role requires an agile individual that is a fast learner and has exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

We are a completely remote company but we have an office in Quezon City.

Purpose:

To help the company build strong project and operational relationships with their clients

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage:
  • Client support queries and project requirements
  • Tasks, project deliverables, and communications between our team and the clients that we have
  • Other tasks related to managing the client’s requirements
  1. Create:
  • Support documentation and presentations that will help improve the client’s experience
  • Project plans and required documentation for the client
  • Articles on the support website for Cast LMS
  1. Develop:
  • Improved methods of implementing and executing project tasks
  • Insights and improvements for the company’s core product, Cast LMS

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, Communication, or other related fields (or equivalent experience). 3+ years working experience, preferably with supervisory experience or of managing teams.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of learning management systems and client support
  • Highly proficient in Google Apps (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.) and/or Microsoft Productivity Apps (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills (writing and speaking)
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and adapt fast
  • Has the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Preferably with experience in conducting training
  • Preferably with experience in using or managing any LMS (e.g. Moodle)
  • Preferably with experience in consuming/creating e-learning courses
  • Knowledge in Articulate 360 is a plus
