As the CompBen Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our employee satisfaction and financial compliance. You won’t just be "doing payroll"—you will be designing the rewards structures that keep our team motivated and ensuring our operations align with the highest standards of Philippine labor law.

• Strategic Payroll Leadership: Direct the end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring 100% accuracy and on-time disbursement for both corporate staff and ESL teachers.
• Government Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR; overseeing flawless remittances and reporting.
• Reward Design: Analyze market trends to propose competitive salary brackets and creative non-monetary benefits.
• Process Optimization: Standardize HR SOPs and RACI matrices for timekeeping, disputes, and final pay processing.
• Data Integrity: Maintain and audit the HRIS/Lark database to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and secure.
• Management Reporting: Provide "Sir Nate" and the executive team with high-level analytics on labor costs, budget variances, and turnover trends.

• Expertise: 3+ years of dedicated CompBen experience, with a proven track record in a supervisory role.
• Tech-Savvy: Advanced Excel skills are non-negotiable (Complex formulas, data modeling, and reporting).
• Compliance Specialist: Thorough knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, tax adjustments, and annualization.
• Communication: Strong command of English to coordinate effectively with diverse departments and external partners.
