FINANCE & ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Compensation Package: ₱35,000 basic salary + ₱10,000 fixed allowance + ₱5,000 performance incentive
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related business course.
- CPA is an advantage but not required.
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years of solid accounting experience, preferably with exposure to multi-company accounting, taxation, payroll, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, and BIR compliance.
- Experience in school operations, gasoline station accounting, agriculture/farm operations, cooperative accounting, rental property accounting, or inventory-based businesses is a strong advantage.
- Must be proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and preferably familiar with accounting software.
- Applicant must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven, and capable of preparing accurate financial and management reports for several business entities.
- Office assignment will be in Lapu-Lapu City, with coordination work involving different business units and properties.
