Job Summary:
The Jr. Physical Therapist is responsible for administering physical therapy treatment to patients. He/ She implements physical therapy as prescribed by the Physician. He/ She also accurately documents the patient's treatment and progress in all required forms in the patients chart in a timely manner as detailed in the Charing and Documentation Policy of the department.He/ She ensure that charging of patient procedure is aligned with actual treatment session.

- Licensed Physical Therapist; open for newly board passer
- Good communication skills
