FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, mobility limitations, and pain levels
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on recovery strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Assist patients in improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS- Graduate of Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- With or without work experience.
- Has a good communication and interpersonal skills
