Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist
As a Recruitment Specialist with Business Trends Philippines, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and securing top talent for our diverse range of clients. Based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office, this full-time position will see you partner with businesses across various industries to understand their unique hiring needs and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
What you'll be doing- Proactively source and screen highly qualified candidates through online job boards, social media and professional networks
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience and cultural fit
- Provide end-to-end recruitment support, including job description development, advertising, interviewing, reference checks and offer negotiation
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies to drive efficiencies
- Continuously expand your industry and market knowledge to deliver informed recruitment solutions
- Several years of proven recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment
- A demonstrated ability to proactively source, screen and secure top talent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Adaptability and a solutions-focused mindset to navigate changing recruitment needs
- A passion for the recruitment industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes
Proficient in the Visayan/Cebuano language, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders from Visayas and Mindanao regions.
