Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate II is responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging high-quality candidates to support hiring needs across the organization. This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines through strategic sourcing methods, market research, and employer branding initiatives.The position requires experience in sourcing for various roles, strong stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to deliver qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for open roles
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, Boolean search, referrals, and talent databases
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and qualification assessments
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the sourcing and engagement process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Monitor and report sourcing metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-source
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor intelligence, and talent availability
- Provide guidance and best practices to junior sourcing associates when needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 year of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or BPO/shared services environment
- Strong expertise in Boolean search and proactive sourcing techniques
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals)
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing personality with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
