Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field
- Must have a profound knowledge of the HR core functions (Recruitment & Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee and Labor Relations, etc.)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have an excellent verbal & written communication skill
- Must have a high degree of Integrity, Reliability and Confidentiality
- Willing to be assigned in Talisay City, Cebu
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
Starting Salary: Php22,000.00 / Month
