Position Overview

The Human Resource Officer will play a key role in managing employee performance and development within a healthcare-focused call center environment. This includes supporting teams responsible for patient scheduling, patient coordination, insurance verification, and revenue cycle management.

This role focuses on KPI management, performance evaluations, and coaching support to ensure employees meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards. Given Clinovation Corp’s role as a Business Associate, this position also supports adherence to HIPAA requirements and reinforces strict standards around confidentiality and data handling.

The HR Officer will work closely with operations leadership to align individual performance with business goals while maintaining high standards in patient interaction, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume call center operations and understands performance metrics tied to service levels, quality assurance, and healthcare-related processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management
  • Develop and implement performance management strategies across the organization
  • Define, set, and track employee KPIs aligned with company goals
  • Monitor employee performance and identify gaps or improvement areas
  • Conduct structured performance evaluations on a consistent schedule
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to employees and managers
  • Support performance improvement plans when required
Employee Development
  • Identify training and development needs based on performance data and role requirements
  • Recommend and coordinate learning and development initiatives
  • Support employee career growth and internal mobility opportunities
  • Work with leadership to align development plans with organizational needs
HR Analytics and Reporting
  • Analyze performance data and generate reports for leadership review
  • Track KPI outcomes and workforce performance trends
  • Maintain accurate documentation of performance reviews and development plans
  • Provide insights to improve employee productivity and effectiveness
Organizational Alignment
  • Ensure alignment between company objectives and individual performance goals
  • Support a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance
  • Assist leadership in reinforcing performance standards and expectations
Employee Support
  • Guide employees on performance expectations and improvement pathways
  • Support managers in conducting coaching and feedback conversations
  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback and improvement
HR Administration
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee performance records and HR documentation
  • Ensure proper documentation of evaluations, feedback, and performance actions
  • Support compliance with internal HR policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in performance management and HR functions
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing or managing KPI frameworks
  • Familiarity with HRIS or performance management systems
  • Experience supporting learning and development initiatives
  • Background in fast-paced or performance-driven environments
Working Conditions
  • Full-time position
  • On-site role with possible hybrid flexibility depending on company policy
  • May require occasional flexibility during performance review cycles
Compensation and Benefits
  • 8 hour shift + 1 hour paid break
