Field Service Technician – EV Infrastructure | Metro Manila

Job Summary

We are seeking a Field Service Technician – EV Infrastructure to support the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of electric vehicle charging equipment across Metro Manila. This role is ideal for a technician with a strong electrical background who enjoys fieldwork, solving technical issues, and ensuring reliable operation of EV charging facilities.

• Install, inspect, service, and maintain electric vehicle charging stations at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot electrical, network, and hardware-related issues affecting charging systems.
• Conduct commissioning, functional testing, and validation of newly installed charging equipment.
• Respond to field service requests and emergency maintenance calls within agreed service levels.
• Prepare service reports, inspection records, and maintenance documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend repairs, upgrades, or component replacements.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, company standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and customers regarding installation schedules and technical concerns.
• Maintain company-issued tools, testing instruments, spare parts, and service vehicles in good working condition.

• Bachelor's degree or Technical/Vocational certification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in field service, electrical maintenance, industrial equipment servicing, or power systems.
• Experience with EV charging stations, renewable energy systems, or power distribution equipment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and preventive maintenance.
• Proficient in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Valid Professional Driver's License and willing to travel to project sites across Metro Manila.
• Physically fit and willing to perform field work in various environments.
• Willing to render overtime, weekend work, or emergency support when necessary.
