Key Responsibilities:- Perform minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical)
- Inspect units, equipment, and appliances for faults and functionality
- Diagnose issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
- Maintain organized scheduling and tracking of maintenance tasks
- Submit required reports and updates on project progress
- Assist with unit upkeep and general maintenance duties
- Cover shifts and perform additional tasks as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:- At least 1 year of experience in a similar technician or maintenance role
- Skilled in basic repairs and troubleshooting
- Graduate of a vocational course, technical training, or related field (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Able to work flexible schedules, including shifting hours if required
- Must have basic tools and a mobile phone for coordination
