Job Purpose

The Administrative Staff provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations, cross-department coordination, and proper documentation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, documents)
  • Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and demands.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company procedures
  • Perform other ad‑hoc administrative duties as required
Employment Terms
  • Employment Type: Full time
  • Regular Working Schedule: Mondays–Fridays, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag IBIG, 13th Month Pay, Mandated leave benefits, Allowances

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
