The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The role involves managing communications, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and assisting various departments with administrative tasks.
Qualifications/Requirements- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work in NU East Ortigas, Pasig
