Job Description
Posted on 4 September 2025- Assist customers via inbound calls, email, and chat.
- Provide technical support solutions for hotline agents, customer service centers, and onsite engineers, and create trouble tickets for unresolved issues.
- Identify recurring problems, submit trouble tickets, and drive improvements.
- Regularly produce technical problem case summaries, conduct enablement training for service stores, and monitor the impact of application changes
- Assist with the judgment of repair warranty disputes and guide on identifying product authenticity.
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s, Vocational, or Associate course in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with at least 6 months of BPO experience as a CSR or TSR
- College graduates of any course with 6 months of strong experience in an e-commerce account in the BPO industry.
- Can explain technical issues clearly to people without a tech background.
- Has great customer service skills and stays calm and helpful.
- Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City).
- Open to shifting work schedules.
