Call Center Agent – Bridgetowne, Pasig (Immediate Hiring)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring all queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Upsell products or services that align with customer needs, meeting set targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.
• Continuously meet or exceed performance goals and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with your team to share best practices and continuously improve performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of BPO experience (sales, customer service, or call center background preferred).
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• High school diploma, SHS graduate, College undergrad/graduate, or vocational/associate degree holders are welcome to apply.
