TRAVEL CONSULTANT / TRAVEL AGENCY SALES
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
- Research, explore and study different travel destination options
- Communicates with vendors of travel-related products to get the best deals
- Suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients’ needs
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Collect deposits and balances
- Attend webinars, conferences and other educational programs
- Markets and sells holiday and other specialized tour packages
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in travel/sales industries with an exceptional customer service record
- Meticulous planner with attention to details with airline bookings, creating itineraries and or other travel related requirements
- Can communicate well with managing skills to build and maintain client relationship
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
- Able to work in tight deadlines and manage multiple client transactions
- Has a passion for travel and customer service
